Dr. Nupur krishnan is an excellent Nutritionist I had ever come across. Her diet advice did work wonders within 15 days which I could not achieve with my Gym and Cardio exercise. Unlike other dieticians, she encouraged me to eat stomach full with balances food and yet I lost considerable weight & inches and looking better day by day. I feel more healthy, energetic and slept better during the diet period .
