By Profession, I m a traditional & new South Indian recipes developer ( or can say Traditional Chef) from Edappal Kerala. 2020 Pandemic time was challenging for everyone & being a hard core non vegetarian thinking of reducing weight through diet was just impossible to me. Started suffering of obesity side effects such breathlessness, tiredness, headache, acidity, constipation, irritation, anxiety, vitamin B 12 / vitamin D deficiencies and the list is going on.
Then one of my best friend Hemlata suggested Dr Nupur Krishnan’s name. But I was worried about being a foodie and chef how to follow or will I be able to do her process and diet pattern. Nevertheless, the results were amazing without much efforts I was eating & cooking normal routine food with my family, few simple lifestyle changes & few simple cooking techniques she taught me which made our daily routine food more nutritious & effective for body. I regularly took her 3-4 compositions which she normally made out of kitchen ingredients which even now I can make on my own. Within a month my headache / tiredness / constipation / acidity totally vanished and my friends family start complimenting on my reverse age with glowing skin. Even I was feeling motivated with in four months time these magical results happened. My weight has gone from 80kg to 66 kg and waist circumference from 111 cms to 75 cms Though I have joined her therapy in 07/11/2020 and got all results within four months and today 03/03/2022 even after one and half year I m still glowing and perfect in health and keep on reducing weight though I m eating all normal routine as Dr Krishnan’s taught me.
