Reduced 6 kg of weight. Mental Stress has reduced. Energy level has increased. Diabetes is also in control though I am consuming sugar and sweets.

As per my knowledge, I was aware that medicines will only help me to control my diabetes level, however with this diet therapy, diabetes is cured without any medicine. Still, for my satisfaction and to challenge Dr. Nupur, I was consuming sweets daily and yet my sugar level was normal. Therefore, It’s the best!!
